Rakhi Celebration at Saras Heritage School

The school celebrated the festival of Raksha Bandhan with great enthusiasm and joy on 8th August.The event was a wonderful opportunity for students to learn about the significance of this special bond between siblings and the importance of family ties.

Rakhi Making Activity
as part of the celebration was also conducted where students participated and created their own unique Rakhis using colourful threads, beads and other materials. They also wrote heartfelt wishes on envelopes for their siblings.

The foundational classes students added to the festive spirit by dressing up in traditional ethnic clothes. They then tied Rakhis to their classmates, spreading love and affection throughout the school.

The celebration aimed to promote values of love, care and protection among students. It was a wonderful way to strengthen bonds and create lasting memories.

The Rakhi celebration was a resounding success, filling the school with joy, laughter and a sense of togetherness. It was a memorable experience for all the students and teachers and we look forward to many more such celebrations in the future.
